Why is there nobody answering the TW 1-800 number?

I needed to place an order and tried multiple times to call in as I needed to speak to someone regarding the order. No response to multiple calls made on 6/8/22 and 6/9/22

I'm sorry you've had issues getting through the phone line. Yesterday a power outage took down our phone system, but we are back on the phones now. The phone lines will be open until 5 pm Pacific.

6/9 -I called and waited on hold from 4:39pm until 5pm (pst) and nobody answered. FYI -No reply to the email sent on 6/8
