Will a Baghdatis Hype starts?

Hi,
I am a big fan of Nadal for a long time.
Since last year (Nadal won so many tournaments...) it seems that "all" people are Nadal fans, and i see Aeropro Drives everywhere.
Honestly i hate this hypes when a top 30 player come up in the top 10.

Do you think that there are in a few days 100 more Baghdatis fans, and everyone tests the Fischer rycquets?
 
i have liked bag since last year when he played federer. I ike his game and i like the person he is. Its too bad that people who have liked him for a while will end up being classed as people who just follow whoever is winning. I seen him live, he is explosive
 
he is amazing after his win over nalbanian he has proved him self a chance to win the aus open and in the future win many more tournaments. i was at his match aswell and the support he got from the greek community witch i am apart of seems to really lift his game.
 
I started liking Marcos Baghdatis way back when Eurosport followed him around junior tournaments so there lol! It feels good that I liked an up and comer and he is now in a grand slam final!

I remember watching a documentary on him where they used to go around following him and getting interviews from him a few years back on Eurosport.

He was such a great guy back then, and he still is. He is alot easier to watch than Nadal, the way he got back in the match today by going for his shots as apposed to Nadal relying on other players mistakes to get the job done.

When you say "all" people are Nadal fans, I don't think that's the case. He doesn't appeal to everyone.

The Baghdatis hype has already begun. There was a post on this board about a pro shop that has suddenly begun getting a lot of calls about Fisher gear, and there are at least 3 or 4 threads about "how good is Baghdatis" "why is he so good" etc...

Ace: I know Baghdatis has us two guys as new fans.

Gary: He's hot, like a rock star!!!

Ace: I'd like to dress up in blue, drink beer, and yell chants with those greek frat boys in the stands.

Gary: He isn't veary old. I think he won a junior title at the AO.

Ace: Hey Rios, are you going to stay up to watch the match? We are.
 
Gary: We stayed up. Good match (not 80-81 UsOpen good). Glad we stayed up to watch it live.

Ace: We turned off the computer and lit some nice candles to watch the match.

Gary:We sure enjoyed all the coverage on ESPN. Hope they add more (mens)doubles.
