Everybody knows, Djokovic play better on night session at RLA. Day sessions are too hot for him. Will Tiley schedule djoko on day session?
One year ago Rafa play 4 times on day session and 3 at night. Fairly. Now probably Tiley help djoko and give him just one day session, and the rest at night :) What is your prediction? Will schedule him on day session more than once?

I think they did it for Rafa so that ESPN main channel can cover it as they are not covering night sessions.

Nothing to do with ESPN, just Nadal's best buddy Tiley making sure that Nadal always plays during the time of the day when the ball is more livelier and jumps much higher, no. ;)

Nadal only played 3 night matches last year because he made the final and you HAVE to play the last 2 rounds at night. He got 4 day matches out of 5 when there was a choice, and this is when there was no Novak, no Roger, no Serena, and he was the only actual superstar at the tournament, and he was able to almost completely avoid primetime. That is ridiculously favourable scheduling, he'll no doubt get something similar this time if he makes it through the rounds, and there is no reason to assume it will be different for Djokovic, and given he is the talk of the town... Why wouldn't you put him on at night?

100% they will do all they can to keep Djokovic and Nadal in as long as possible, I'd expect Nadal to be playing mostly day matches/Djokovic night matches

I think so. He is the world number #1 (with Wimbledon points, he is). He is the triple defending champion and won the most trophies there. He should be favored, just like Federer in Wimbledon and Nadal in Roland.

If I remember correctly he only played 1 day session for his last 3 wins.
In 2019 it was the 3rd round against Shapovalov.
In 2021 it was Tiafoe (2nd round)
In 2020 it sas thd 3rd round (Nishioka). (edit I think the 4th round against Schwartzman was a day match too)

This year it'll be the 2nd or 3rd round again (if he gets there).
