Will Cameron Norrie Regain His Position as a Top 10 Player in 2025

We all know he has a Top 10 game, but has been unlucky with a forearm injury.

Will a healthy Cam Norrie break into the Top 5 in 2025? Possibly win a Slam?

Who? I enjoyed seeing much less of him in 2024. His game just isn’t pleasing to the eyes. He should retire and coach kids as a demonstration of how not to hit a 2HBH.

Time is over. That COVID fake ranking is all gone. These losers got very high rank when Nole was banned but now we have a guy who plays just like Nole but 14 years younger. Unless WADA is successful, he would thrash these players and not allow flukes.

I will always stand by my opinion that rec players should love Norrie. He has weird strokes just like a lot of the guys I’ve played against and is at the top of the game. It’s kind of weird, he’s fun enough to watch either way

Rec players mostly don’t want to watch players who look like them in either physique or technique at the top of the sport - makes the sport look like it is not a world class sport worth buying tickets for. Many of us want to see extremely fit, fast players with textbook technique preferably blasting the ball offensively, serving with sounds like cannonfire and taking our breath away. We want to see Alcaraz, Djokovic, Fritz, Ruud, Dimitrov etc. in the top 10 and not unconventional ugly-stroke guys like Norrie (or Medvedev) typically.

If he stops trying to be more aggressive, and accepts he will always be a grinder who can't beat the top guys, he can get his grand slam seeding back. Highly doubt he'll make the top 10 again, as he's been found out a bit. Players don't find him as uncomfortable to play anymore.
