In order to make him learn, they shouldn't fine him with money because he's rich so it won't matter, instead they should penalize him by taking away some of his weeks at no.1.

A fine will not be enough if you want to set an example of him. He needs to be banned for a minimum of 6 to 12 months.
For the integrity of the sport (not being Fedal biased here hehe), this needs to happen.
