Will Djokovic need to change racquet to break new records?

At 37 the last thing he wants to do is changing racquets, his racquet size is perfectly valid for his gamestyle and todays tennis, a bigger headsize would decrease precision and he doesnt want to be grinding out there, feds case was a rare and extreme one, he was basically the only one at the top using a 90sq inch frame
No this racquet had an age limit of 36 (that's why it worked last year) and now he's forced to switch or be doomed

ND needs to manage the amount of playing more intelligently. He can’t recover as quickly anymore and the cumulative hours catch up with him.

Andy Murray tested a wide range of frames when he tested all those frames a couple years ago before returning to his 16x19 PT57A. I wonder what the thought process was behind his switch from 18x20 to 16x19 way back when.

it won't ever happen, but I wonder what frames Head could feasibly offer to Novak to test if he asked for a frame that had more forgiveness and a larger head size. Extreme Pro, Speed Pro, Prestige MP, Boom Pro, Radical Pro come to mind.

no racket is correcting your movement deficiencies.

Novak was suffering from extremely worn and tight legs. The fact he won the 3rd set considering how he was moving was an ode to his greatness

Maybe if things change and he ends up losing Bo5 matches more often, will he want a bigger racket?

Maybe this year it won't be necessary yet, but maybe next year.

Ruling out a return to the Wilson H22, perhaps a Head Speed Pro (18 x 19) or a current Prestige MP (18 x 19)

Any thoughts about that?
I actually had the same thought when watching him getting beaten up by Sinner. Not that he "isn't able to handle the weight anymore". But I had the impression that the longer the tournament went on, the more strength he had lost. Against Sinner he was too late on the ball a lot of times, at least that was my impression. But I think the biggest issue was his style of play and game tactics. Endless baseline rallies from round 1 against these young guns......has no future in my opinion.

Here is a perfect example (the rally at 2:51min):

Right from the start of the tournament I thought "man he looks tired after those long rallies...."

He should move more into all-court player territory, he already showed some fine (serve &) volleying lately. He should now evolve to Fedovic.
