I doubt it. most likely it will come out with Aussie open. if at that. may not come out til spring time even.
Boing-Flip please just look at the title of the promotion for the racquets. 20X? What might that suggest? X = 10 so therefore, it must be 2010. Oh the year 2010, wow......
Thats two in one day, I didnt think people could not understand the ad promotion for the Wilson X racquets.
They will be available to demo for people/places sponsored by Wilson in November. I know that on Nov. 12th i'm going to get to try out the new racquets. If there aren't already a bunch of posts about them before then, I'll be sure to put out as much as i can. Until then.
i think jetlee2k will probably get it before everybody else does like he did last time with the k90
Logically this makes sense, and you made a good point. However, marketing doesn't always follow the conventional rules. I believe the release date of this racquet is based on the manufacturer's financial situation and their revenue strategy, which involves many factors (product pipeline, revenue goal, consumer research, etc). Just because the product line carries the brand 20X doesn't obligate Wilson Sports to wait until 2010 to release it. Afterall, the 2010 fiscal year has already started.
It's business folks! There are no rules; just ask the wallstreet executives that will be getting the record-setting bonuses in the next few months.
Ha, an aquaintance works at JPMC was complaining that he "only got $345,000 - taxed down to $195,000."
I wanted to kill him.
That would be awesome...ive started the countdown !
The racquet will be leaked soon. Some pro shops and sponsored players will somehow get hold of the racquet and rumors about its specs will start. That is how the momentum will be built up.
When will the new Rogi stick be released?
I didn't even know he had a new one. This is the third Autrographed stick in so many years? Goodness. Is it just selling that well to keep making new ones?
Wait, so Roger is switching yet again, away from the all black Wilson frame? Figured he would use that one at least for a couple of years after he had the red/white/black one for such a short time.
Yeah, he's switching to this racket.
My friend picked on up early, so I'll let you all know how it plays. I'm super excited to play with the racket! (And yes, this is the third racket with Federer's signature on it.)
