Will It Pallet?

@CroPlayer can take care of this. He made 3D printed pallets for my Pure Aero 98 which are top notch. Will be posting a review and pictures shortly.
I had a similar idea in mind! I have 3d printed pallets for some diy projects and now I was thinking of putting TK82S pallets on two Babolat Pure Aero VSs.
Do you how much the foam in the handle weighed ? Were there any weights of any kind in there?
For one diy project (an old squash racquet turned into a sweet spot trainer) the pallets weighed around 60 grams. I’m unsure how much buttcap weighed (that was printed too)

I would appreciate any information and pictures!

I will do a write up with photos soon hopefully. The original foam pallet was about 25 grams, which includes a few grams of double sided tape between the pallet and replacement grip. This does not include about 16 grams of metal weights embedded in the foam. Interested to see how yours turn out as well!

Only HEAD, Pacific, Fischer, Tecnifibre Tfight 315 LTD, and Völkl have pallets. All others are molded handles. The manufacturer puts the hairpin in a mold and polyurethane is injected around the hairpin in the mold.
Not modern ProKennex on all modern frames, it is part of the frame as a one piece carbon fiber unit including the handle that is later foam filled by company for vibration dampening on big vibrations without losing the micro vibrations/sensations some need to play the game.

Has anyone ever added a head or Wilson pallet to a TF tfight or did it need a custom pallet designed inside to fit the hair pin?

So Wilson has no pallets.
The ones from Head don't really fit well, because the hairpin on Head is tapered from 26.3mm to 25.3mm.
The height is approx. 17.4 and 17.5 mm.

What exactly do you want to know that for?

Thanks for that. Is the attached TF hairpin a size L2?
Do you have one for TF L3 vs TK82S L3? Thanks.
I was wondering the same cos I thought it’d be nice to retrofit the TK82S pallets to the T-Fight……

So I got a custom pallet a year or so ago. It’s the head shaped pallet but saw Wilson shaped pallets for head rackets for sale. Was curious.

I know they had to do specific work between the pin and pallet to make it fit. However this increased the static weight on one by about 6 grams plus it feels a bit too small.

Currently I see no custom pallets available for TF to do this myself.
