Will Nadal win any slam titles this year?

I think Nadal will no slam titles this year. No chance in hell he wins the Australian, Wimbledon, or U.S Opens. I dont think he will win the French Open this year either. He has lost enough and Federer will gain confidence from his last 2 wins over Nadal, particularly the easy 2 set win on hard courts that he will go in now expecting to beat Nadal on clay and he will. Federer will probably win the French this year, Federer will either win all 3 of the Australian, Wimbledon, or U.S opens or win only 2 of the 3 with 1 of Roddick, Hewitt, Berdych, Gasquet, Blake winning the other one. Either way Nadal will end the year with no slams. Anybody else agree.

I think Nadal will win RG, I can't see Nadal winning another one... Nadal is a great player but he is mentally tired ! I think he must win at least one tournament to gain confidence again ! I hope that Nadal comes back... otherwise, Federer will win easily all atp tour tournaments...

Yes you may be right but how boringly predictable to have YET ANOTHER Federer victory - lets hope there may be a wild card in the pack that could give him a run as Nadal has done

All I saw was some well known Nadal-troll giving a more than biased poll about how many slams Nadal will win 2,3 or all 4!

Hi,

Like many have said on this site.. including myself, Rafa will win only if his body holds up. Playing the physical type of game that he does, he will be prone to injury. This is just the lastest one.

If you keep questioning every redundant or slightly renamed thread on these boards you will be quite busy. Keep it cool. I rather post on this thread than the previous one. It's about the poll not the posts, that I find this thread more fitting.

Nadal's constant injury issues caused by his heavy, physical game will keep breaking him down. I say his best chance at a slam is the French, which he has a good chance to win... otherwise, he doesn't have much chance at any slams.

I agree. Plus it looks like his whole season will be plaqued with injures, and thats bad bc his game is very physical.
