He was discussed at length in another thread. I think everyone agrees that he is one strike away and probably has had a couple close calls on that 3rd strike. If that last 3.5 singles match would've been 2-2 or worse, that would have been a strike.

Actual players played to know their dynamic ratings. You gave scores which are important but your guesses as to who is strong/weak isn't really enough to determine a DQ or not.
