Hi All, just bought a used baiardo machine, the seller said the manual is online but of course can't find it anywhere. Does anyone have a copy or know where I can find one?

Also while I'm here, can anyone tell me how the hell you pronounce baiardo??

Thanks in advance

Starting to think Wilson should put me on payroll. Sent out 15th copy of manual tonight

if I knew how I would. I only have a PDF copy on my phone.

No, the machine comes with a link that has not worked in over a year.

Why can't you email the pdf file to yourself or another id and then detach the file? on a desktop or laptop....

First, keep in mind I am older and not real high speed when it comes to IT. It appears that the document has to be hosted somewhere which then means that I have to create yet another account on yet another site that can host a pdf document. Then I could post the link. Placing it on a computer will do no good as it still has to be hosted somewhere, unless my research is incorrect. Similar to posting pictures, they have to be hosted. Based on what I have found I will just keep emailing it out because I am not creating another account somewhere that I cant remember.

I hear ya with that. I've ripped on TW numerous times that they don't do their own hosting for their forum. Laziness on their part.
Baiardo owners - email Wilson and ask them WTF is up with no manual being available.
That's a crazy expensive machine for no link to be available. Tells me a bit about Wilson's product support.....

My guess is that TW simply doesn't want to mess with any possibility of copyright issues by having a reservoir of manuals. I get it.

It's not copyright issues. TW sell stringers which are drop shipped from the retailers themselves. As such, I would expect those other retailers to have the manuals, not TW itself. For example, if you own a Canon inkjet printer, you expect Canon to have the manual, not Best Buy, where you may have bought the printer. So you go to the Canon website, not the Best Buy website for manuals.

Wilson evidently still has not gotten their act together regarding the manual. :(

I have a pdf I will send you. Give me your email. Have any questions let me know.
Hey Herb! I can’t seem to find the e-mail you sent me anymore. If you don’t mind, can you please send me another copy.

how often should the glide rails be cleaned? The manual specifies that the clamp teeth and puller inner surface are to be cleaned every 1000 pulls but no mention as to frequency for the glide rails. TIA

Hello everyone,

My friend has a tennis shop and got 2 Baiardo. One of them has a problem and gives error 002.

When I look at the manual it directs to wilson.com/baiardo but the site is @Keendog and @am1899 mentioned above.

The manual @Erik van der Dikkenberg sent me says this:

baiardo manual image capture

The main problem we have with the machine is the puller goes at the very end everytime and the string breaks

Do you have any idea about how to solve this problem?
Does anyone know e-mail address of Baiardo Support?
