Wilson hammer 6.7

Hello

My girlfriends dad uses a Wilson hammer 6.7 (blue apparently) and is looking for a new racket. He lives overseas and I've never seen it so can anyone provide me with the specs or tell me which current Wilson frames are most similar so I can order some to take over when I next go? My knowledge of the more recent non-players frames isn't very good. Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing it's the hammer 7.2 if it's blue.




Unless it was the hyper prostaff 6.7, that one I don't know too much about but a quick online search shows some blue in the cosmetics as well.

If it's the Hammer and not prostaff, I grew up with the 6.2 in college and my brother played with the 7.2. Both of us have yet to find a Wilson that has that feel any longer...but impo the boris becker line has really come close to recreating that old school feel. Depending on the SW he's looking for, a London might be worth a shot although my brother felt my Boris Becker 11 MP fit like a glove compared to the old 7.2.

They were lighter racquets....around 10 to 10.5 oz if I remember correctly but they were head heavy so they swung and struck more like a current 11-12 oz players frame. A quick search isn't bringing up the specs so I'm trying to remember 20 years back.
