Was stringing up some blades and wanted to double check tie-offs.
Wilson says to tie off Xs at 6T:
But in their own photos they tie-off at 8T (for good reason, 6T is blocked):

On the 98 16x19 they get Ms and Xs tie-offs different:

I haven’t checked the rest. 100 might be off too.
Just thought that was odd.
Also, went through all 4 v7 blade 104 that are in the house. Swingweights vary from 312-329. Static varies 307-315 g, balance 32.6-33.5 cm. Quite variable.
Having been through about 5 v8 blade 100L and 5 v8 blade 100, the consistency of the v8 racquets seem to be way closer than v7. I’m talking a gram or two, and 1-2 point sw difference, but that’s it. Anyone else notice a *decrease* in variability for the v8? A lot of people complain about poor QC from Wilson but I just haven’t seen that in the v8 blades.
