What is better Wilson K Factor KSix-One 95 or Wilson K Factor KSix-One Team?
What do you you think of Wilson K Factor KSix-One Team?
I know it is lighter and it is less stiff?
But who tried them both and what are your opinions?
I actually preferred the Team over the regular weight version. I'm more used to lighter rackets with lower swingweights. To me, the regular version felt very clumsy and awkward to maneuver. Sure, plow through was great, but it would have taken a lot to adjust my game to that racket. The team on the other hand seemed like a much better fit. Much more maneuverable, and stable enough for me that I felt confident with it. I did think that it played fairly similar to a slightly leaded up lm rad.
It was the precursor to the k6-1 team. It weighed in at 10.8 ounces, and the specs were similar to the k6-1 team. It was also known as the n6-1 team in other countries.
The K6.1 Team is soft and comfy, low power, big problem on the serve, I couldn't get any pop whatsoever. The K6.1 (18x20) is exactly the opposite, it is stiff and powerfull. If you could combine the performance of the 6.1 with the comfort of the Team, you would get a perfect racquet.
I have 2 ncode 95 teams (the lighter versions that I made heavier by adding weight only to the handle and it plays pretty fine at 10 points HL strung and 12 oz) but now I bought a pro staff classic 95 wich feels alot heavier. Does anybody know what the specs are on that racquet? I think it would be close to the nsix-one tour 95 and K 95...
I just played 3 sets with nPS strung with Gosen JC @ 59lbs. It is incredible serve machine! Pace was amazing. MUCH more spin than I expected. I am VERY impressed.
Hey, Satchman, do you know anyplace I can demo the AK95? My mom's in Shanghai right now, and I don't think she'd be willing to shell out 2300 RMB for a racket that's probably fake.
The Team has 18x20 pattern and felt much lighter(at 290 gm unstrung).I think it's a bit unstable on hard hitting shot.
The AK95 is 320 gm unstrung with a 16x18 and a stiffer flex. This one feel just like a regular K95 with a more manuverable weight.Stability is not as goos as a regular K 95 but very nice considering it's much lighter swingweight.
