Hello!

What do you think about using the nFury for competitive play, on something like the 5,5 level? I am thinking of leading it heavily. Maybe it will be something like a modern Dunlop max 200g - McEnroes magic stick, which was very soft - but with bigger head size.

The specs:

Head Size:
100 sq. in. / 645 sq. cm.
Length: 27 inches / 69 cm
Strung Weight: 9.9oz / 281g
Balance: 2pts Head Light
Swingweight: 295
Stiffness: 50
Beam Width: 22 mm Flat Beam
Composition: nCoded High Modlus Graphite / nFoam-filled core
Power Level: Low-Medium
Swing Speed: Moderate-Fast
Grip Type: CushAire Perforated
String Pattern:
16 Mains / 20 Crosses
Mains skip: 7T,9T,7H,9H
One Piece
No shared holes
String Tension: 53-63 pounds

How is this racquet powerful??? There's NOTHING in here to tell you that there is any evident source of power.

Yes I have a couple of nFurys that I have modded heavily. It worked quite well and will get you a very comfortable racquet. However control I felt was never great. It had control but mainly because of the low power level. This was a slight problem on the serve however. If you rely on the serve as a weapon I wouldnt try it. If you just kick the serve in to start the point then sure give it a try.

Have you tried to string very low, with a very powerful string?

I had an extremely heavy serve once a upon a time using the Dunlop max 200g, strung very low. I think it was something like 375 g with a rather long balance point. I still have it at home, so I might check the specs.
