Wilson NXT Duo vs. Sensation Duo

Hi all:

I was just wondering if anyone has played with both, and give me a comparison of each. I currently am a 4.0+ player, and use a KFactor 6.1 95 16x18 racquet strung with Sensation Duo at 60lbs. I use a lot of top spin on ground strokes, and enjoy coming in to the net. I break strings a fair amount. My main points of concern for a string are control and durability.

I have found the Sensation Duo hybrid (sensation synthetic crosses, enduro pro mains) to give good control and to be fairly durable. The strings don't break until you wear through the sensation crosses, which takes awhile.

As for the NXT Duo hybrid, I haven't used them before and would love an opinion on them. Maybe a comparison to the Sensation Duo. I have heard that NXT synthetic strings are not very durable. Is this true for when paired in a hybrid as well?

Thanks,
Steve

I just got two Babolat Pure Storm Limited rackets strung - one with NXT Duo, one with Sensation Duo. Both at 57. I'll let you know. Both will be new strings for me to test. Anyone else have insight on how these compare?

I have played both Sensation 16 and NXT 16 but only full job. NXT has much crisper feel compared to somewhat mushy Sensation. Full setup of Sensation moves a lot more and loses tension much faster than NXT. I'm not a chronic string breaker so i usually cut the string when they lose too much tension but still, NXT feels more durable.

Sensation Duo felt a little softer but it kind of worked for me - didn't expect to like it so much. NXT did feel much crisper and over time I think I'll prefer it. But today the Sensation felt nicely soft, not mushy and I kind of liked the touch/feel. I'm concerned, though, that it will lose tension quickly. We'll see how it fares over the next few weeks.
