Any 6.1 is a good frame to get your hands on. The HPS 6.1 is pretty stiff compared to the newer BLX 6.1s. Similar to the K-Factor 6.1 in stiffness and feel.
It's not really rare. The 18x20 Tour version is fairly rare, but the 16x18 HPS6.1 isn't as you can see them pop up on other sites very often. The pricing is subjective however as it can range from $60-80.

If they are cheap and or if you really like the racket then sure, but not worth picking up as an investment. Not really rare or historically significant enough to be collectable. As far as opinion on how the racket played I never really cared for it. I used the HPS 5.0 for a while and thought that was a much more capable racket. Friend of mine who came from a PSC 6.1 hated the HPS 6.1 and stayed with the PSC 6.1 until the nSix-one came out.
