Wilson Pro Stock Line

Both 16x19 for H22 and H19

Australia seemed to have stock already, they shipped it out the day after i bought and it's already arrived

My friend got his one yesterday after buying Tuesday! no express shipping options, it listed to be expected delivery of 5 daysish, pretty neat!

Congrats! Guessing those boats or planes containing the racquets went down under faster than they flew to Central US.

Wilson tennis Twitter told me today the blade pro grommets would fit H22 rackets

their having issues with the site though

Are Wilson going to have grommets for the blade pros? Edit: found them on US site, but not UK or Aus. When will they be in stock do you know?

Has someone already received and was able to test their Blade pro 16-19 or 18-20 rackets? so you can tell us your impressions and if it really plays like an H22 or is it just the same frame but with different sensations, greetings

Was wondering guys, between the Blade Pro 16x19 and the UPs on there.. which was the more “unique” buy I was leaning towards the Blade Pro 16x19 as I’ve always wanted to try an H22 but wasn’t sure how unique an H19 is either lol.

Hey guys, just got my first hit with the bp 16x19 305 g static. Couldn’t measure balance or sw. The balls were heavy and it’s rainy so not the best circumstances.
I don’t know if it is honeymoon phase but damn this racquet feels heavenly. It’s for sure not that easy to handle bc of the sw. But if you can keep up and hit the sweet spot it feels amazing. I demoed almost all new releases and this feels like a instant switch. Strung with S7T at 24 kg. I think 22/23 would be better but maybe with better balls and no rain 24 is alright.

I used the same string and yeah - that feel is so good. I'd suggest playing matches with it for a while before an insta switch. I struggled a bit there and then salvaged it when I went back to my Pure Drive.

Need more time with it though. Regardless, this frame is 10/10 in feel for me.

I play gpro in matches and I think the frames are quite similar. How does the pd compare to the bp comfort wise?

Good review. What was the swing weight? 320+?

The Bp is softer and more comfortable than the PD.

Makes sense on the Gpro being a bit similar. I came out and was cranking shots in warmup with the Bp, but Im not dialed into mine yet and I didn't fare as well in my match. I'll obviously give it more time. Its a fantastic racquet.

SO can you compare the h22 to h19 the 16 x19 ??

Wilson said, 'we will see if we can get them up in the future but, won't be any time soon!' For EU Inc. UK.

So sad...

Question for those Wilson Pro Stock gurus - was there ever a H19 or H22 in a 16x20 pattern? I thought that was the pattern Henin used in her playing days and I distinctly remember seeing a racquet from Melanie Oudin and it was definitely a 16x20 pattern. Did they just use the retail nTour frames if you remember those? For some reason I thought there was a pro stock frame from Wilson in a 16x20 pattern.

Have not seen a 16x20 H22 or H19. There's occasionally a few very rare 16x18 H22s floating around though.

Henin used the tour 95 mold or whatever the racquet was called before that when it was the Hyper Hammer # or something. Henin's frame has PWS too; these frames do not.
Nishikori uses some version of the tour 95 mold too I believe.

I forget what the stick is called, but I think Feliciano Lopez uses/used a 16/20. Pro Open I think? Somebody will correct me, but it's not an H19 or H22 in 16x20.

Thank you!! I didn’t realize Henin was using a 95 mold. My guess is that Oudin used the nTour mold as it was a 95sq inch head with a 16x20 pattern. Was just curious if there was a 16x20 H19 or H22 mold out there.

Oh man.. won the frckn lottery myself.
16x19 w/plastic on the handle..
310gr, 330cm. thats like 4hl with plastic.. so by the time og and strings.. i think it will be like 2hl..
18x20 w/plastic
311gr, 340cm. Thats almost even balance..
Wtf...
Ill measure swingweights and RA tomorrow at the local shop and will post.. i dont even have to measure the 18x20.. that thing is going to be 320 or something unstrung. back to wilson...

The current ultra tour 95 is the same mold Henin used i think. Been used in a long string of Wilsons racquets.

A big thank you for posting the specs. I can’t believe they are selling the frames like that. QC is terrible.

I really hoped Wilson would put more pride in their Pro line. I was not expecting perfection but at least tighter tolerances. If enough people send the frames back they might try to improve their QC.

i ordered with string from Wilson; so that’s a mistake I made, I can’t send them back even if I keep the plastic on it, right? I can’t give a good reason to send them back

I would have bought Pro Staffs if they were offering same string pattern as Gregor Dimitrov; Wilson on Instagram confirmed that there wont be any other patterns in Pro Staff line

I don’t know. Probably not returnable because of the strings. However some people had great spec frames so you might be lucky. Fingers crossed for you.

Thank you for the good idea.
Is there anyone who can send 4 new Ultra Pro (16 x 19) Grip 3 to Japan with the grip film intact?
I will pay by PayPal.

Wow, strange I just checked Wilson Japan's website. They don't seem to have any of the Pro Labs racquets for sale. I would have assumed they would since Wilson has a website there. Huh.. Maybe later in a few days.

No one outside of Australia would have the UP 16x19 right now. Stock has been delayed. If you really want them that badly, yes you can ask if someone would order 4 for you now and ship them to you, definitely pay them as a business seller. I don't know if any ship forwarding companies operate from Australia to Japan?

But specs for the racquets seem to be varying a little like for normal Wilson retail racquets. Can't be sure all or most will be the same. And you most likely won't be able to practically return them to Wilson. I guess someone in Japan would take them though. You could wait for more Aussies to come online later, but I would first check with Wilson Japan if the Pro Labs racquets are making there way there first. If you can wait.

Since the Japanese agency sells Wilson tennis products in Japan, there is a possibility that UP will not come to Japan.
Ultra Tour was also released in limited quantities.

You could ask them on FB or twitter. The racquets seem to be fairly priced in Aus, especially the UP 16x19, for new premium racquet offerings. Don't know anything about the exchange rate right now. Depends I guess if you want to wait then.

So any confirmation that except H22 mold Blades Pro share also exact or similar layuop – both 18x20 and 16x19 – or something new? Any stiffness rating so far? Also what about RA and layup of H19 16x19 – is it the same as Ultra Tour but with 16x19 string pattern?

Layups between an 18x20 and 16x19 have differences due to the drill pattern.

Could you please check how the hairpin looks on your Blade Pros? I mean pop open the trapdoor to check whether it's flat rectangular or octagonal shaped like the picture in this thread. Thanks!

I will check when i get it back from the stringer. I know i popped it open when i first got it to check if there is foam or silicone. Only found foam but wasn’t looking for pin shape. You posted that picture and it was two regular blades not BP as you said.
