Dunno about the Wilson but the Babolat made almost no difference when I had golfers elbow last year. To my mind it’s not much different from a Babolat syntec or Wilson cushion air.

Not less vibrations at all?

I already do that. :)
What is the best dampener for you?

Depends on string and racket. Favourite is a ‘smiley face’ button dampener, though I also like a Yonex. The most dampening one I’ve had is an old Wilson W - but have had that since 1993! Babolat ones are pretty good though. Head are next to useless. When I had golfers elbow I tried different strings tensions and grips but ended up getting rid of the Speed MP and replacing it with a Yonex DG100 and an ex demo 2015 blade 104 which I added weight to. Both are arm friendly and together with rehab and time fixed my elbow.

Wilson Shock Shield works well for me. Head Hydrosorb comfort is also good. The Wilson is 1 mm thicker but smoother. I don’t use a dampener.
Chicago Jack has a thread with every grip’s weight and thickness.
Wilson SS is 2.1mm, Head 2.0

I tested all three.
-the Babolat is so thick with 2,4mm . The handle gets really round.
-the Wilson Shock Shield is perfect, but a dealer had told me that it is currently no longer produced, only rest sales. I don't know only for Europe or WW.
- so I tried the Tourna Pro Gel and its perfect, too.
But you still feel vibration with each gel band, right in the phantom.

The most comfortable solution together with a gel band is silicon in the handle.

Replaced stock Yonex grip with W shock shield and it made quite a bit of difference. If you like a muted feel like I do you will like it. Like the added thickness and weight too.

I hope this isn't true in the U.S. i really like this grip

Shock dampening grips increase the grip size and weight and make the racket more HL, and also deaden the feel. It is a trade-off.

best solution, change the lead in the handle vs silicon and keep the weight and balance.

No because impossible to remove silicon...
Will try heavy and thick grip as Xcel Gel and 6g lead tape at 10 and 2 (and maybe 12 also). I will use electrical tape to test in total security! ;)

I used shock shield and it does a great job absorbing shock...really helped my tennis elbow.

Unfortunately, I had trouble feeling the bevels on the racket due to the thickness of the grip so decided to stop using it.

I guess there's always a tradeoff :)
