Wilson Super Tour Bags...They destroy your shirts!

I'd like to get some input from everyone who owns the current Wilson Super Tour tennis bags. I've got a 15 pack Wilson Super Tour in the Pro Staff black cosmetic, I have a 9 pack in the traditional color way. From what I have experienced, they snag all of your shirts! I don't find an issue when I wear a regular cotton t-shirt.. But, when I decide to wear a dri-fit shirt or anything along that line... The velcro on the bag straps seem to snag my shirts. Does anyone have any remedies for this? What do you guys use for cover on these velcro attachments?

I ended up getting rid of my ST15 pack after it wrecked my fourth shirt. Which was a shame as it was the best bag I’ve owned in many other ways - organisation, size etc. and it looks awesome in the all black. As a matter of fact I’m now trying to find another new bag as I’ve had a zip failure on my current one. 7 bags arriving in next couple of days for evaluation…..

Damn, this pissed me off also.

I purchased some black velcro to cover the one on the strap. Problem solved.

Are you able to fit 5 rackets in each compartment easily side by side handle by handle? In the super tour 15

If you have a pic please it may help

I just got mine and can barely fit 2 sides by side not even 3.

They removed the velcro on my version 2021

I purchased some black velcro to cover the one on the strap. Problem solved.

I mean side by side though literally the handles laying flush next to each other do you have the width for 4 side by side side?

Not the handles sticking up above one another as i can get 4 rackets in that way

They have taken the velcro off the updated version of the 15 now mine just arrived.

Do you recall if the racket compartments are narrow at the bottom of the foil?

I can literally only fit 2 rackets side by side handle wise sitting flush next to each other the only way i can get 4 in is by lifting them up on top of each other.

Dont know how people get 5 in easily i only managed to force in 5 at best.

Did noone think to unstitch the velcro instead?

You can force 4 at most.

What grip size though?

I noticed maybe part of the problem is that i have made my grip size 3 into a grip size 5 as i use an extra undergrip and 2 overgrip sensations so might be betwedn a 4 and a 5 which woud obviously limit the space at the bottom.

Sorry boys you're not packing or using this stellar bag the right way. You have to use a light sling bag for any items like wet clothes or other items that need some extra TLC. Bag is amazing just got to know how to pack it.

Does anyone know how to get paint marks off the wilson writing?

It is so wide I forget when i walk through doors it gets caught on the sides or if i turn left or right on staircases it rubs against the painted wallpaper

I tried scratching it off with a fingernail and seemed to work for the most part but in some areas i think i scratched too hard and it has faded. I put water on it and it goes awag but when it dries it comes back.

I get those all the time! Use a magic eraser that wet with warm water. it comes off after a few wipes. I hope this works for you !

I think i made a mistake of scratching the paint off with a fingernail it has damaged the letters. I was doing it thr wrong direction it seems it comes off if you go in the opposite direction of how the paint lines got there.

The magic eraser thing sounds safer

But i dont know if can reverse the damage already done it looks like the colour of the letters have faded and the little dots is showing through.

Do you know how to get that off?

Or have i probably rubbed it too hard and stripped a layer of the colour off

My mom restitched the anchor point with a normal cotton thread and wove it a bunch so it was strong. It’s definitely stronger now than before

Yeah i got some extra heavy duty poly thread seems like it holds better will need to weave it a bunch of times am more concerned I'll create a hole
