Blinky, you protest far too much about Murray.

I'm sure a shrink would diagnose some sort of unrequited man-love problem, including unresolved emotional issues around Nadal's losses at the AO and USO. The teenage hate and angst is a form of overcompensation.

Get well soon.

What protest?

Have you not seen my brand new avatar and signature?

British crowd is way too desperate for a British Wimby champion. To the extent of whistling and clapping when Hajek failed to make a first serve? Shameless.

The irony isn't even subtle, or amusing unfortunately (but then that isn't its true purpose if you think about it, you can run but you can't hide from your Murray obsession).

Is that Borg I hear saying Soderling has the game to win Wimbledon? I just started watching and it sounds like Borg is in the announce booth.

It'll be a Federer Murray final undoubtedly.

Both nations have sacrificed all other players on the first round altar to ensure this ;)

Sounds like Becker to me. I could be wrong.

They just caught Soderling on camera massively digging for gold.

Just checked the schedule for tomorrow.Federer is to play last match on court 1.When was the last time Federer didn`t play a match on center court at Wimbledon? This is really surprising this year.Federer and Murray playing at least one match not on center court

It's punishment for his disgraceful performance yesterday.

I believe the organisers have decided that every top player will play at least one match on the outer courts.Wouldn`t surprise me the least to see Nadal on court 1 in 2 days time

I was surprised to watch Rafa on center court as Murray played on court 1 at the same time. Figured both guys would have played on the main court today. Now Fed isn't on the main court for his 2nd match......Shades of 7 time Wimbledon champion Pete Sampras getting bumped off the main court years ago. I guess Wimbledon has set the standard that no matter how many times you've won, no one is assured to play all their matches on the main court.

Well, Roger's match tomorrow doesn't sound too exciting. While Roddick/Llodra and Djokovic/Dent sound like they could be competitive. Then again, Roger's first round match didn't look like it was gonna be very difficult on paper....

He is clearly obsessed with Murray. What else would you call someone who pretends to be a fan of someone and constantly posts about them? You know the two really sad things about it:

1. He's an adult

2. It's already way beyond unfunny (predicatable and boring yes, but stopped being funny a long time ago).

Yes, I think that's the case. Fee posted a few weeks ago that both RG and Wimbledon would be doing this.

But he was the defending champ, who always opens play on center court.

SW19 always tries to balance good matches with giving the top players court time.

Oh yeah, I know. I'm just saying that though Roger's second round match doesn't look like it will be difficult on paper, it could be. Just like his first round....

Oh, relax, I've hardly said two words about Muzzer leading up to this year's Wimbledon (especially compared to last year ), anyways.

Don't we have anything better to discuss than myself (once humorously referred to by a certain Murray fan as "the fat man in the pub")?

Mate - I'm just about as relaxed as it's possible to be. I'll be really relaxed once I've rolled my second; but enough of my high jinks.

I just think you look a bit sad Blink. You've always been one of the most likeable Murray trolls; you make decent points, can be really funny, and are never nasty in the way that some are.

I'm not being facetious - I liked the old Murray troll better - he was funny - the Maximo impersonator isn't. But hey; your interwebs; your messageboard persona.

I've been feeling rather uncreative, recently, to be honest.

But someone's got to do it, right?

I'm sure the hilarity will ensue as Wimbledon progresses and whatnot.

go on mahut!!!! i would LOVE to see this guy get through a coupla rounds he's great to watch on grass!!!!
