Yes. You can join both events until the first match starts. That won't be until Monday morning, so plenty of time.

You can join singles at any time, just that you'll miss a good deal of matches and will be behind by a lot of points when you miss the first two days of a slam. But right now is a great time to join!

Kinda stinks Roddick is in the top half with Nadal and Murray...if he were down the bottom somewhere I might have given him a shot...

Roddick doesn't have a bad shot at getting to the finals as his game matches up quite well to Nadal's (good serve against Nadal's poor return) and Murray probably won't make it to the quarters anyway.

If Murray loses early Roddick has a very good shot. I just don't know, with the way Murray beat him in Queens and Rafa well, being the grinder and fighter that he is..that Roddick would actually beat them both back to back and then have Fed or Novak waiting for him after he did that. Roddick's serve is a huge Grasscourt weapon and will give him a shot against any of them...I just don't think he can beat 3 of those 4 in a row right now to win it. Murray he could beat...but I think Rafa is to tall and order for Andy...and I really like andy and wish he could win this. Maybe I'm wrong..part of me actually hopes so..I really wish he had a Wimbledon title.
 
tennis_fan_182, you're welcome to opine in this thread (as long as conversation stays reasonable and relevant to predicting matches) and more than welcome to play the game, but please pick a proper winner/runner-up.
 
woodrow, if you're going to be gone before Monday, feel free to use the PPL list and email me your picks for the first round and I'll post them in the right order once the draw comes out. You can just ask sdont to pick the qualifiers you're not sure about.

Psh, I never laugh. I do occasionally smirk. It's all the botox I've had in my old age.

Besides I'm just trying to recruit players. I really like the two pools of 10 teams format for the H2H for the slams.

Kunitsyn v. Q

I already picked Del Potro and Roddick regardless of who they play.

Also, if there are any LL's and it is obvious that my pick should change, feel free. I am hoping to be able to get on here Sunday night.

Wimbledon is a completely different tournament. Andy Murray there has so much pressure on him from the entire country, while Roddick has been in several finals there Murray really has never been all that close. Completely different from Queens.
 
Damn you might have to partner me up with someone else, I didn't see Breaker confirm his participation. He does sometimes wait until one of the last two days, but still I'm :(.
