Korda seems pretty composed for someone his age.
I just saw some pics of him hanging out with Agassi and Graf. I think the composure comes from great self belief and confidence.

I see 2 slams for Korda and TTW favourite son status.

Korda already looked concerned about his knee so that’s not good that slip. He might get a bit rattled.

Evans just said to Korda I want this so badly. Korda is like yeah it’d be nice but I got time bruh.

That serve is going to win Korda a lot of matches

Sebastian Korda's mother, Regina Rajchrtova, was also a tennis player and reached a career high of no. 26 in the world. Nelly Korda, one of Sebastian's two sisters, is one of the top female golfers in the world and recently won her first major at the U.S. PGA Championships.
You can see how Korda jr is genetically blessed.

I think Evans put way too much pressure on himself. He was not the outright favourite here either. Korda is a natural and coming up the rankings.

Another DF from Dan aids in the cause for Sebbie to get the break and he serves for the match now from 2-4 to 5-4.

Yes thank goodness! Evans those last few games only won points due to Korea’s mistakes. This was a good win for Seb.

I try not to jump on hype trains but man, Korda really seems to have a tremendous foundation to build on the next few years. Such easy power, but consistent and precise. Not interested in flashy winners or low-percentage play. Really seems to have the right kind of mind for tennis and a great technical base. I’d be surprised if he’s not a top-10 staple for a number of years. Could do more from there, of course. We’ll just have to see.
