At least Zverev doesn't have the pressure to win a slam anymore. Maybe he can make something out of it. Not that I really believe that though.

Sinner's won 9 straight matches against Zverev (4 in 2026 alone), and has won 14 straight sets in the match-up.
But this week has been the best tennis Zed's played all year, so maybe he can finally make some in-roads?

The way these guys are serving, I expect tight sets with few breaks of serve, but Sinner coming up stronger in the pressure moments. Three or four sets.

That’s the only positive for Zverev here. He’s not got that weight of pressure. However, a slam final against sinner is his worst nightmare.
Sinner literally does most things better and has owned Zverev for many matches now. I don’t know what Chainz can do!

Lean on his serve. Play like he has nothing to lose. It’s not a Gasquet/Nadal gap in level or Monfils/Djokovic. At the very worst I think Zverev has 10% chance to win in this rivalry, so considering Sinner has won the last 9, Zverev’s win shouldn’t be too far ahead.

Alcaraz in the zone is probably the worst opponent for all of them though he does have a lower floor of course. Carlos freely flowing at Wimbledon could make Zverev look like a journeyman with a big serve most likely.

That is true but Alcaraz has had bad matches against Zverev too. Sinner literally doesn’t and has beat him 9 times in a row.
Mentally sinner is better and is rock solid in all facets of the game.
Zverev needs to play the game of his life in grass to pull this off. If sinner is on form again like today then at best Chainz gets a set.
Maybe Zverev is a changed man after RG title but he did that without beating the big boss Sinner.
This match will set a narrative. That Zverev has joined sincaraz party if he wins but if not then he basically just an opportunist. He only took RG because sinner had a freakish accident with body and Alcaraz injured.
Let’s see.
