Don’t worry about it.I'm open to other suggestions if you feel that is not specific enough.
It can’t be more specific.
Nor usable.

Of course not. It is going to be the first SF. They had one more day to rest.I wonder if the organizers will schedule this match after Fery vs Zverev so that it's in the evening and not in the afternoon
Also, already forgetting the Dimitrov debacleHe did not win in Wimbledon easily. 4-6 6-4 6-4 6-4 is a relatively tight scoreline.
2012 Wimbledon Federer - BenneteauAlso, already forgetting the Dimitrov debacle
I think Djokovic does it in five.
When he’s in this mood, he can do it.
There's little doubt that Sinner is not at his best. Part of that has to do with his physical state as well as his own confidence and part of that is that other players right now are not as pressured into going for too much thinking they have absolutely no chance. His mechanics are unchanged otherwise.
On the other hand, we should point out that the rhetoric about the Felix v Djokovic match needs to be put in perspective. While it's of course great for Novak from the standpoint of being able to compete with what the tour largely offers these days and he can still play long matches at his age, Felix had previously only ever won a total of 7 matches at Wimbledon in his entire career before this year.
That includes 3 straight first round losses to players most here would usually mock as well as losing in 4 sets last year to Struff, the same guy Sinner today beat in straight sets. FAA is not a good barometer of elite performance at Wimbledon. He can't perform in the forecourt, returns poorly and has huge liabilities on the backhand side. All of that provides a comfort level for a top player which Sinner absolutely does not. Let's not forget, Djokovic was tested by lesser players all throughout this tournament in fact.
The only real drama here is which Sinner we will get. Djokovic will be fine enough physically with the time he has to recover but if it's the Sinner who has regularly beaten down the field (minus Alcaraz) then Sinner should prevail.
That's insane. He did it from 2018 to 2026, 9 year period, from age 31 to 39, 8 straight semis in 8 consecutive tournaments.. Unbelievable at this age!I don’t care if Djoker is 50 years old. If he’s in a slam semi, then there is no shame in losing to him. And it might come to a surprise to some. But this Djokovic fellow is actually a really good tennis player.
In a head-to-head match, I think that peak Sinner wins about 80% of his matches vs old man Djoker. But this is a case where Djoker is close to his best form since 2024 whereas Sinner is close to his worst form since 2024.
I’m picking Djokovic by the score of 6-4, 6-7, 5-7, 7-6, 6-4. Djoker is going to shake up the world on Friday.
Here’s a stat for you Djokovic fans:
Most consecutive semis at Wimbledon:
Djokovic 8(broke yet another record of Fed’s)
Federer 7
Djokovic 6
this would be a much more disappointing loss than Australia for Jannik.
This match is a legacy defining one. If he loses, that would be a huge slap in the face. There is simply no excuse. It’s unavoidable. He needs to put his old ass away, non negotiable.this would be a much more disappointing loss than Australia for Jannik.
Don’t you prefer Bellyscratches to win this thing?Let's go fistpumps![]()
Idk if I trust Novak being in the final lol. Can they both just withdraw?Don’t you prefer Bellyscratches to win this thing?
When exactly do you want them to withdraw? Before playing their semifinals, or their eventual final? I think that’sIdk if I trust Novak being in the final lol. Can they both just withdraw?![]()
Who do you think is gonna win WImbledon r.n?When exactly do you want them to withdraw? Before playing their semifinals, or their eventual final? I think that’sunfortunatelyvery unlikely.
I think it’s still a lock for Sinner still personallyWho do you think is gonna win WImbledon r.n?
I think so too but that could change if Zverev keeps his level and can beat Fery easy and Novak and Sinner go 5.I think it’s still a lock for Sinner still personally
My apologies, but I can’t answer that question yet.Who do you think is gonna win WImbledon r.n?
As long as you're rooting for King ZverevMy apologies, but I can’t answer that question yet.
I’d like to preserve my 100% accuracy record in tournament polls, or questions that function similarly.
I’m rooting for Little Fery to win the whole thing. As long as you're rooting for King Zverev![]()
That basically shows what a joke the competition is.That's insane. He did it from 2018 to 2026, 9 year period, from age 31 to 39, 8 straight semis in 8 consecutive tournaments.. Unbelievable at this age!
Who could actually take him seriously as a top ATG if he loses twice to 39 year old Djokovic in majors in the same year?Someone said earlier this is a must-win match for Sinner and that is very true. This will be a big trump card against his legacy and hypothetical debates if he falls to Grandpa Djokovic here.
It is if you have want to be taken seriously as a top ATGI don’t care if Djoker is 50 years old. If he’s in a slam semi, then there is no shame in losing to him. And it might come to a surprise to some. But this Djokovic fellow is actually a really good tennis player.
It just shows that tennis evolution is an exaggerated conceptThat basically shows what a joke the competition is.
Ehh, I think Djokovic's SF (or better) appearances at Wimbledon during 2024-2026 were earned fair and square. That basically shows what a joke the competition is.
Ehh, I think Djokovic's SF (or better) appearances at Wimbledon during 2024-2026 were earned fair and square.
The tour during this time is as strong as it was during 2008-2012.
Cope harder, Rafafan.
tbf Sinner tanked the AO 2026 SF match, so that one doesn't really count.Who could actually take him seriously as a top ATG if he loses twice to 39 year old Djokovic in majors in the same year?
If he loses again, he is just a De Minaur/Shelton beater
you're right. I am asexual and aromantic.i dont think megafan is het

Competition can take several seats as they say. At 39 Bull was fishing in Mallorca and Fraud was getting bageled by Hurcakz.. or was he in crutches?? Either way Neither of them were going for any streaks let alone make the world #1 player quiver in his boots lol. That basically shows what a joke the competition is.
That’s fair. I agree he has no business losing. I’m pretty sure sinner will show why he’s world no1 in this semi final and the final too.It is if you have want to be taken seriously as a top ATG
I think he was a bit unlucky. He had several break points in the 5th and Novak was super clutch. That match in Australia is a disaster, and a black mark for the legacy, but the truth is it was a very flukey/lucky match. But if it happens again, yikes.
Exactly. No excuses if it happens again. Djokovic has played 5 full matches, including a 5 hour match for good measureThat match in Australia is a disaster, and a black mark for the legacy, but the truth is it was a very flukey/lucky match. But if it happens again, yikes.
Is this confirmed?Djokovic once again was right. WImbledon dont have rules. Sinner Djokovic should be first match tomorrow, but will be second. Good for Sinner, less sun for him![]()
Yes, official order of play just released on their siteIs this confirmed?
Isn't this actually good for Djokovic?Djokovic once again was right. WImbledon dont have rules. Sinner Djokovic should be first match tomorrow, but will be second. Good for Sinner, less sun for him![]()
Half a day? More like 3 hoursIsn't this actually good for Djokovic?
He can get half a day of more rest.
Honestly, at the age of 39, every hour counts!Half a day? More like 3 hours![]()
More * sun for him actually. It’s warmer after 15:00Djokovic once again was right. WImbledon dont have rules. Sinner Djokovic should be first match tomorrow, but will be second. Good for Sinner, less sun for him![]()
I think it still better for Djokovic too as he has a bit more time to recover from his quarter final.Djokovic once again was right. WImbledon dont have rules. Sinner Djokovic should be first match tomorrow, but will be second. Good for Sinner, less sun for him![]()
Yeah it better for him if I’m honest. Neither sinner or Djoko like the heat or sun. It will still be hot but the sun will bother both players less later in the day.Isn't this actually good for Djokovic?
He can get half a day of more rest.
It warmer more in later afternoon/early evening. The sun might be less in their eyes though.More * sun for him actually. It’s warmer after 15:00
