Hi guys, been a minute...

A friend of mine has this racquet and I wonder if anyone has any info?

Apparently she's had it for about 30yrs.

It was not made by Prince. It was made by Kunnan Lo. A company called Time Sports Licensed the Wimbledon name from the club and produced racquets in the 80’s and first half of the 90’s.

I used a Wimbledon Graphite and these frames were realised around the time PK had their Black Ace. Pernfors had a contract and a few other players. The Rosso must have been a European release only.

Growing up in 80’s my family owned tennis stores. I worked in it and I always tried to be there when the reps can to show their new lines.

If I remember correctly, they had a racquet with ceramic - that was the latest material racquet companies were experimenting with at the time.

Isn't Kunnan the same company as ProKennex

Kunnan Lo is person who had an OEM of the same and had marketed his own tennis rackets as Pro Kennex.
