Wimbledon scenario for Rafa fans

For the sake of this thread only, let's assume Novak goes on to take the French, putting him on 16.

He then meets Federer in the Wimbledon final...

As a Rafa fan, would you rather:

A: Federer win, but he stretches the gap further between him and Nadal.

B: Djokovic win, stopping Federer adding to his tally, but meaning Djokovic is now equal to Nadal in slam count?

I don't think I see Djokovic winning the French Open. The favourite is still Nadal by a wide margin. I could see Djokovic losing to any number of players there including Stan, Tsonga, Khachanov, Thiem, Medvedev, Tsitsipas, etc.
As for Wimbledon, that could also be a battle between Djokovic, Nadal and Federer but no guarantee that any of these guys are going to make a deep run. Especially if the next gen and some of the big hitters gain their footing by the summer including Cilic, Tsonga, Del Potro, Raonic, Dimitrov, Berdych etc.
I don't believe Slams are guaranteed for anyone as we've seen in prior years where the big 3 have respectively only won a single Slam in a season.

Novak has passed Nadal for many people already and will only add to that with a FO, so whether or not he wins a Wimbledon to stretch to 5 straight Slams or not it doesn't really matter since he'll be ending YE #1 for a 6th time and stretching out his weeks. Rafa fans would be in a no win situation.

In that scenario a Djoker victory would be preferable because the end goal for Rafa is to always keep whoever is in the lead within a reachable distance.

I think if Nadal wins RG, his season is successful.

A Djoko win in this case would harm deeply both Nadal and Fed as he would be closer to the calendar slam.
