    going to Wimbledon

There are 3 ways to get tickets for Wimbledon:

    1. Buy a debenture ticket from ticket agents, of which there are many selling thru internet. Price varies depending on the day of ticket, but about US$1000 and up per ticket.

    2. Enter the public draw thru the AELTC, and info you can get at the www.wimbledon.org site. In fact, from 1st August is when you can send a stamped self addressed envelope to them to get the form to subscribe to the public draw. If your name is selected, you will be offered one, usually two, tickets to one of the show courts for one of the days, and tickets will depend on the day and court, and will be pound sterling 30 and up.

    3. You can just go there and queue on the day and hope to get an available ticket for the show courts or a grounds pass priced at 17 pounds, which will enable to see the matches on the outside courts at nonreserved seats. Still excellent matches and you are right up close to the players/courts.

These are the ways I know. Maybe some organizations have specially allotted tickets, like debenture tickets. You might ask at the HK Tennis Assn.
