Win an ATP Title, Then Lose Your Next Match

Did not know the groups were assigned. Just reviewed the ATP website and indeed there is a very good chance for that matchup to lead off on Sunday.

Misses Finnish sent me a message this morning and told me that Group A is Nadal, Dimitrov, Thiem and Goffin and Group B is Fed, Cilic, Sock and Zverev

Jack Sock backs up his Delray title with a flame out in 1R Acapulco to Nishioka. Zed the Younger wins Montpellier and then loses 1R to Mahut. Twice in three weeks!

I can remember one more prominent occurrence of title hangover...Tsonga won Toronto'14 and then crashed 1&4 to The Colonel at TRS. I also know Kohlschreiber has done it twice, winning Halle'11 before failing in 1R Wimby to Istomin and also winning Kitzbuhel'14 before losing 1R at TRS
to Sousa.

Anybody got some other title hangovers to share???

I am going to try to get out of bed to watch Federer vs Rueben in round 2

Was that last year ...I am delirious

Carballes Baena about to join the elusive group. Maybe Basic too.

Just dropping by to reserve a room in advance for one monsieur Pouille for this Tuesday or Wednesday. Thank you for your hospitality, I expect to see you soon.
The WATLYNM Lodge is not listed on Trivago. This week they are using special agents Rublev, Bemelmans & Edmund for their arrangements. There are no Basic rooms at this exclusive resort as of yet so he may have to stay in the Pit Of Misery to party on Bud Light and gruel. Dilly Dilly!

I swear to god I will pistol whip the next person who says Dilly Dilly!
