This is a rave for players on my team who taught me something. In our first team match, our numbers one and two got borrowed by our clubs A team which meant all of us B team player were moved up two notches. After the singles we were down 2-3, and my partner and I lost the doubles, losing the tie for us. Our other doubles team won the first set 7-5, lost the second 4-6 and came back to win the third 6-4. It was around 8:30 pm when they finished, and they were exhausted.

The results for the first three rounds are out now and were are in first place - tied with the second place team on tie wins/loses, match wins/loses but we have two more sets won.

It must have been really tempting for them so say"oh well we've lost anyway" and give up, but they didn't and those two sets put us in first (until September anyway, when they last two ties are played).
