WISE gripper is loosening

I've had a WISE 2086 (diablo attached version) for about a year now and the gripper is getting a little more play in it. It seems to be loose where the gripper connects to the rest of the tensioner, not within the gripper itself. Which screws do I turn to secure it?

You may have to remove the cover to tighten it up and doing so could void your warranty I would call Wise and ask.

It turned out to be an easy fix. It appeared that the gripper had too much play in it, but the play was partly the gripper and partly the screws mounting the adapter to the machine base. The gripper still has a normal amount of looseness for that part. I'm glad I was able to figure this out before calling WISE. There could have been some confusion and they might have had me send it in to them.
