Women's Doubles Final Scheduling?

Listen, I realize women's doubles is not at the top of this community's priorities. But I find this odd.
The women's doubles final is scheduled for 4PM local time, following the men's legends doubles final.
What kind of session is that??

The men's semifinal is a completely separate session, starting at 730PM. Why not start the ladies at 6PM? Or even after the men's match, I feel there'd be a bigger audience.

The answer has to involve money/resources/TV ratings, I would imagine, but I feel it's odd that these two matches aren't paired together.

Like you said, it's a money thing. They might not sell many tickets to that day session, but they'll sell some (Stosur is in the final, right? She'll draw some crowd in, surely) and the mens semi final doesn't need anything else to help sell it.
