Negligent of Lucie naut to where anything down under.
Lucie celebrates down under...
In NYC in the Northern Hemisphere we celebrate New Year's by dropping the apple at midnight. In Sydney or Melbourne in the Southern Hemisphere they should maybe fire an apple or maybe a Sewretchberry into the air to celebrate, no???
In Sydney we sit out in the patio, and breathe the humidity and watch the fireworks.
Sydney Greenstreet was Sewretchian heavy and played a few heavies in his very short (8 years) Hollywood career. Most remember him best for his role as a decadent crime boss in "Casablanca" opppsite Bogart and Bergman but he also starred with Bogart in "The Maltese Falcon" and "Passage To Marseille."
Sidney Gottlieb of MariaKirilenko-Ultra notoriety...
Sydney Greenstreet immediately reminds me of Peter Lorre.
Thanks for the interesting article on Gottlieb, Mike.
Ultra - ultra marathons.
I suggest you purchase and modify a lorry to invite us over for an ultra marathon viewing party of all three Bogart/Greenstreet/Lorre collaborations. Only "The Maltese Falcon" does not also include the great Claude Rains, the one I always think of holding together "Casablanca" through the final scene suggesting the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Life goes on after the girl takes off.
The Maltese Falcon - Footballer Mario Fenech
THE Atlanta Falcon...NFL Football WR Julio Jones!
Alpharetta, Georgia. Suburb of Atlanta. I used to drive over on long weekends to meet some friends there.
Russian WTA stars' names are like alphabet soup, so much so that Brad Gilbert has affectionately named one "Scrabble."
Brad Gilbert use to throw wild parties in Oakland, with guests including guys from RHCP and the Warriors, but I don't think John McEnroe or Ivan Lendl ever came by for a Gilbert party. Also, Brad is a germaphobe who is afraid of tennis towels.
Brad and Howie Mandel could get together for Purell parties featuring "Monk" marathons.
Separate names with a comma.
