What are some of your workout routines? I need to get myself into a new workout regimine before I start playing compeditive again and college tennis starts soon. So any tips on weight lifting, leg workouts, anything would be appreciated. Thanks!

When you are first starting out, use light weights and make sure that you are doing the exercise with the correct technique before you move on to some heavy lifting.
