what is the ugliest racket paint job ever made?

some really painful ones:

wilson prostaff 7.0
head prestige (the green and grey one)
stars and stripes 6.6
estusa pro legend lite
donnay pro one international

what is the most aesthetically challenged modern rack?

The Prestige 600 that was grey and silver with green grommets was not ugly. If you did not like the green grommets that could be easily taken care of with a set of black C.A.P. system grommets.

Now I ask, is this ugly?

not at all bad!!! almost as pretty as my capped prestige pro, actually..wow!
without the neon green I can honestly appreciate the outstanding graphics and tasteful fades on this frame. As it has been aesthetically redeemed and shown to be truly beautiful, I officially apologize to all head racket fans. I officially remove it from the list of ugly ducklings and rate it as having genuinely nice graphics, even by todays standards for great looking frames!

apparently these play even better than the prestige tour and classic, I like the way you capped it, I'm capping my 89.5's but can't find the original brown Peebax CAP's, that's another thread though,
thanks for the pics of this historic and awesome capped frame. Pls, pls make a thread with close ups, this one is a clear winner and deserves it!

I am surprised Prostaff 6.6 - Stars and Stripes made the list. I have not seen one up close.... mostly from pics.

The usa flag decal looks beautiful on 89.5 head rackets. I'm not crazy about how it looked on the 6.6 graphics though; would however love to try an 85 6.6. thank you to whoever posted the Channel Aeropro No.5, I need to see more ugly ducklings, I'm a rackaholic in recovery, long story...

If you find the original brown CAP's, let me (us) know, and post where you found them. They are almost impossible to come by. I have one installed on my Prestige, but I can't find another one for the other Prestige I have. I am thinking of just installing the black CAP's on both and saving the one brown grommet set I have. Nobody sells them apparently.

You must be meaning the Donnay Pro One oversize, which is orange. The international is blue/purple/red, which is actually a rather nice paintjob.
