Do you think 2006 Hingis would have won 2012 Roland Garros? Back then she was making the QF of Roland Garros and losing to Clijsters in straight sets (including a tie-breaker).

Clijsters also beat Hingis at the 2006 Australian Open (6-4 in the 3rd set) and 2007 Australian Open (6-3 in the 3rd set). Hingis didn't play Roland Garros in 2007.

Sharapova won Roland Garros this year by only playing one top 20 player
