Would Federer have a better chance against Cilic or Djokovic?

I know Federer still has to beat Gasquet and probably Wawrinka for this even to be relevant but if he was to do this, would he have a better chance against Cilic or Djokovic in the final seeing that it's looking like those 2 will meet in the other semi?

Logic and rankings would suggest Cilic but if Cilic was to get to the final then his level is obviously were it was last year when he absolutely crushed Federer. At least Federer's recent matches with Djokovic have been a lot closer and he has actually beaten him.

Cilic is playing some top level quality tennis right now. I'd say both of them are going to be very very difficult for Federer to beat.

Fed would prefer a peak Novak over a peak Cilic.

Cilic is like Goliath. Federer has the slingshot to take him down with on his utility belt o' tricks.
Djokovic is more like a wall, and Federer's surgeon knife has to be very sharp indeed for him to pick open cracks.
