Just goes to show how much margin for improvement there is on his achievements. One day, a guy with a solid 2H BH, a Feather level forehand, serve and touch will come up and collect Slams like Pokémon cards.

Not necessarily. Players with 2hbh don’t like to play against one handers, the same way right handed players don’t like lefties.
