Wrist, Arm and Shoulder Pain

I began using a new racquet about a month ago and after about two weeks I began to experience some wrist and arm pain.

I am using the right sized grip. For my forehand I use a halfway between eastern and semi-western grip and for my backhand I use a continental grip so my wrist pain probably can't be caused by any of these.

The racquet I am using now is the Pure Storm (which is not good for arm problems) and I want to be able to take away arm pain without having to use a different racquet.

My question is what can I do to prevent wrist, arm and shoulder pain without having to switch racquets.

Also what workouts would I be able to do to increase wrist, forearm, arm and shoulder strength without using a gym and access to one weight?

Thanks for any help.

Go to a softer string at lower tension. Be prepared to sail balls long for a few days. :)

Pushups, pullups, one arm presses, one arm rows, tricep extensions, curls, reverse curls, to name a few exercises.
