Wrist bend

I am really going to try and perform this "double bend" (as its called) when I return back to playing tennis on my forehand

Double bend, 1st bend is at elbow, 2nd at wrist.

However I have looked at my right wrist and I can only bend it to about 45 degrees (it was the same before my surgery). (I am right handed)

I don't think this is normal.

I can bend my left hand to almost 90 degrees.

Do you think this has hampered my forehand in the past?

Can the majority of the members on this board bend their wrist to almost 90 degrees?

ehh.....my wrist can't really bend that far without hurting. everyone has a different degree of flexiblility. just hit normally that you feel comfortable with it. just bending in general is natural.

My right only goes to about 60 degrees. I sit at a frickin keyboard all day and have terrible RTS.

Your mileage my vary.
