Relative to wrist injuries on the Ulna side I found these videos by a Mayo Clinic surgeon, Dr Berger.

"............
On Facebook, del Potro said he met with Mayo Clinic’s Dr. Richard Berger on Sunday, and that the doctor ruled out any injury to ligaments or tendons in the wrist. Del Potro’s 2009 injury to his right wrist, which required surgery, was related to chronic tendinitis..................................................."
