Wrist pain, slightly bigger, or smaller grip..?

Any experiences about this, experimented too much and now my wrist hurt, i am thinking of settling to slightly bigger... Excactly how my wrist became injured i do not know? .. I mean, can just one hour with a too small grip cause long pain and TE? Pain is on upper side of wrist and towards fingers...

Too many other factors to pinpoint cause.
Could be grip size, could be racket weight, string tightness, SW too high or too low, lack of proper warmup before big hitting, previous injury not healed, too stiff a racket, too many mishits, overuse for your conditioning, plenty more.

i had severe wrist pain, i solved by increasing a little the grip size and buying a racquet with low stiffness, in my case the pro kennex ki5, the racquet change was a miracle for my pain, then i switch from 1h bh to a 2h, and so my right wrist has less work to do.
beware the technique which is also important, use all the arm not the wrist only.

I developed pain on the pinky side of the wrist when I was trying to get big topspin on the 1hbh - trying to get the big windshield wiper on the backhand side. Spent 2 hours a day for three days and that did it - developed a ganglion cyst too.
It went away and didn't come back with a few days of rest, cytst too.
