About 2 or 3 weeks ago, I woke up one morning feeling some pain on my right wrist (im right handed). The previous day i was hitting my with friend and I don't think that I did anything unusual. Anyways, I thought it would subside away the next day or 2, so I continued to play. I felt minimal pain while playing. Unfortunately, my condition has worsened a bit and forehand topspin shots are a little difficult now. If I were to do 1 complete pushup, I would feel something on my left side of my right wrist. Also the pain would go up to the "muscle of thenar eminence" area on my hand. When I rotate my wrist in circles, I hear some cracking when I reach the 2 o clock position going clockwise. Also, if I were to take a textbook from under my seat, I feel some pain as well, but not too much. also, when I serve, I feel more of the pain. Maybe that is the reason for my problem? So based on what I mentioned, do you think this is serious? Should I get it checked out? Massage therapy available? Thanks!!
