Ok, recently i have been experiencing wrist pain in my right wrist (im a righty). I think this could happening for 2 reasons.
1.) My grip is too small, i use a 4 1/4 grip size w/ an OG and based on the TW "put your finger in on an eastern grip" test it is a bit small, the gap about 1/2 or 3/4 what is supposed to be.
2.) Happened from overuse. During the last week i have been playing an abnormal amount of tennis because HS tennis started so that could be it too.
Has this ever happened to you? What caused it? How did it heal?
