I am not sure if this is the right section to post, but my wrist is starting to hurt while I play. I use a Wilson Hammer that is light weight (under 10oz) but has a high swing weight (347). Also I use a grip that measures one size too small, as in my hand measures to be a 3 but I use a 1 built up to a 2. I think my strokes are fine, but some can get a little 'wristy'. Should I get a new racquet that has a lower swing weight, or should I build up my grip, or is it something else? Any comments appreciated. Thank you.
