Only saw last 2 games, but Dani knew she was done. Swinging wildly, going in wasn't real high on her priority list.Didn't watch set 3. How did end up a bagel? Collins ran out of gas? I saw the beginning of the 1st game of set 3 and Collins seemed to already playing erratically, losing at 0-40. Including a 2nd serve at 0-40 that at least as hard as the 1st serve and missed by a bit. What happened?
WowI observed that two of Kenin's killer shots that was very effective against Dasha was the well- disguised, sudden dropper and the sharp angled FH/BH that ended many rallies quickly - the type of rallies that many couldn't win against Dasha. Impressive play yesterday. During interview I think she said something along the line that if she played like that match, it's hard to beat her.
On another note, just read another Sports Illustrated article on a different type of feistiness - not the Kenin type.

Been a very common theme this week. The amount of breaks has been silly. So far it's a healthy mix of UE and double faults..
When I looked Amanda was on the ground getting a back massage / some work on her back. They just continued play.Just walked away, who’s hurt?
She's been switching between the green and pink. Wore it just yesterday against Kalinskaya. One would think they could find a pic from the current tourney. Sofia has been in pink all week.
And she was double bageled just last week by coco in Miami. Wonder if any other recipient of a double bagel has gone on to win their next tournament.Man Kenin has clawed her way back up to #34 in the world. She seems to be on the right track.
