Yet another Barricade IV sole warranty thread

Yep.......got a pair of Barricade IV's in April and love them. Have been playing almost every night and I think it's to the point that I can take advantage of the 6 month sole guarantee (first time I actually saved the receipt). There are two small spots under the right toe where the sole is worn completely through and you can see/feel a white spongy material. Also, there is a small spot under the left heel that is the same way. So what's the deal..........do I call Adidas and get a return number or something and then send them back with the receipt?

Anybody know how long it takes them to send you a replacement pair? I'll have to go and buy another pair before I send them back, but when I get the replacement pair I'll have two pairs I can alternate and make them last longer.

Somebody who has returned a pair of Barricades kick some knowledge my way....and don't tell me to use the "search" function. Blah blah blah.

I don't know why you said "don't tell me to use the "search" function, unless you already did and didn't find anything. But on the main TW page:

About the turnaround time, I don't think it takes more than three weeks. I've done it once, forgot how fast it came.

I will probably have to agree with that. I sent my barricade 4's back on june 13th, and I still have not received my new pair yet. Hopefully they will come in the next week.
