Hey guys I been using Babolat Pure drive since I started playing tennis. I got many arms problem mostly due to my form when I was learning tennis. Its been years I didnt have any arm problem. I fixed my form. I started playing tennis again with my Babolat Pure Drive Roddick 2012. Evert time I play, my right arm throbs afterwards and puts a lot of stress on my arm.
I am looking to switch to Yonex Ezone 100 or Yonex V core 98. Can you guys tell me
how does the Yonex Ezone 100or Yonex V core 98 play?

I use Tourna Big hitter black 7 at 55lbs

I see. You can string lower or poly/syngut, poly/multifilament, nat gut/poly hybrids to soften stringbed if you have time and money to experiment with strings. If worried about arm, I'd also look into Pro Kennex, Volkl, and Prince racquets. They're also generally cheaper than the bigger name brands.

Switched from the Pure Aero about a year and a half ago and haven’t looked back. Probably not as powerful as the Babolat, but solid on all shots and more comfy.

I have an extra yonex ezone DR 100+ which is softer version of the ezone 100, extended allows for more power but if you’re not into that you can always choke up half an inch on the racquet and it’ll play like the standard length. I switched over from RF97 cuz it obliterated my arm, ezones provide easy access to power and spin (think nick kyrgios) as well as comfort. The throat is aerodynamically designed to allow the racquet to whip through the air effortlessly. PM me if interested.

I own two EZone 100's and play them stock (no lead or silicone). While they are rated in the stiff category, they have never hurt my arm. I play with a full bed of poly (50lbs) and I'm 64-years old. There's some stuff inside the frame that kills vibration. Anyway, it's the best volleying racquet I have ever walked on to a doubles court with. Groundies are solid, if not a bit vague. Serves average. Spin is good. It's a Pure Drive without the arm issues.
