Yonex Ezone 2022 98 or 100 ?

I recently demoed the 100 and absolutely loved it. I can’t imagine the 98 being as good or better, but can anyone share their opinion that has hit with both? Yea, I know what you’re thinking, why not demo the 98? I just liked the 100 so much I’m ready to buy it ,but I also wanted to see what the feedback is. Also, I didn’t like the feel of the last 98 Ezone model.
Thank you in advance for your responses.

What specifically did you really like about the 100?

It was solid, comfortable and I felt confident hitting with it. It’s one of the rare times I picked up a demo and started hitting when I never felt there was an adjustment period. I just really connected with the racket. It was the best Yonex racket I’ve ever demoed.

Buy a couple then and don't look back

If you like the 100 and didn't like the previous 98, I agree with @mad dog1 that the odds you like the 2022 98 aren't great. It's similar to the previous gen, just with a little more ball pocketing in the hoop. I only hit the 100 briefly, but I found it noticeably stiffer/crisper than the 98.

Previous gen - 98
This gen - 100

Since they upped the control and stability with the new update, there's no reason to go to a 98. The 100 does everything just as good or better with a more generous sweetspot. The Ezone 100 is the first tweener that I haven't tempted to mod. It needs no modding. Plays incredibly well and stable in stock form.

I bought the 100 last week. It’s a great frame!

I moved on from the last ezone 98 because of comfort issues, the new 98/100 have been catching my eye recently
Yeah, the previous ezone 98 made my elbow sore. Although, it's partly due to Lynx Tour at 57 lbs. I use the same setup in the new Ezone 100 and it feels comfortable. So far so good.
