Hi, I didn't realize this subforum existed and asked this question on the racquet forum, but I think I could get a better response here, so apologies for the repetition:

Since the new EZONE series recently came out, does this mean the EZONE DR racquets will be phasing out soon? I'd like to get a sense of how much time I have to get my second EZONE DR 98 before you guys stop selling them. Also, will the price go up at any point? $159 seems like a great deal.

    Thanks!

    tomato123,

The EZONE DR will be phasing out, however, we have not been given a timeline yet from Yonex. At this point, they are marked discontinued but I imagine they will be at some point. The price for $159 is the current price Yonex set and we have not heard of them increasing it.

    Thanks,
    Brittany, TW

Thanks for the info, Brittany. Could I ask for a clarification -- did you mean to say "At this point, they are NOT marked discontinued but I imagine they will be at some point."? And is that still the case now that we are in May 2018? :)

I presume the Ezone DR 98+ (2017) will also be headed out with the rest of the DRs? If so, I better get demoing soon I guess!
    Thanks, Jeremy

    macguyver,

Yes, you were correct I meant to say not. As of now, the EZONE DR (lime green) has been discontinued and we are not expecting any more in stock. However, the blue cosmetic I believe in the process of being discontinued. We are have some grip sizes marked discontinued and I expect this will continue over the next couple months since we have launched the new EZONE series (with the new extended length).

    Thanks,
    Brittany, TW
